Its main parts are wood and heat zinc coated steel. The wooden belts are from softwood, and the steel for the stem is with a special plymer backed. The steel section has a specific profile, which ensures taking not only vertical loads but cutting loads too.

 

It can be made in two different kinds. A cross-beam with one stem or two stems, also it can be made in different heights from 23 to 59 cm. The steel profile is made in heights of 130, 150, 200, 250, 300 cm. The typical is that the belts' section in one cross-beam could be different.

 

The cross-beam is made with a special machine; witch connects the two belts and the stem with a high preasure. The sheet iron stoppers don't allow it to dig over a predefined depth. The steel fixes into the wood and that way ensures the work of the two materials.

 

The cross-beams can be made with a predefined strain witch is a 1/300 of the supporting length.

 

The efforts witch arise while load applies is a push over the upper belt, stretch in the lower belt and a slidein the connection between them.
